“ふふ系列は、ふふ河口湖、翠松園についで3軒目です。 料金と比較して部屋が広く使い易く満足度が高いです。 夕食はメインディッシュはプリフィクスコースになっていて家内と被らないようにセレクトしたので楽しみが増えます。 ただ、写真や細かな調理法やメイン以外の食材が判らないことから、私がセレクトした3種類は味付けは異なるもののメイン以外の食材が似通っていまって少し残念でした。 それでも、ほぼ3時間の食事時間は待たされることもなく大変満足でした。（河口湖も３時間だったので、ふふの標準なんですね） 唯一改善してほしいのが、大浴場の洗い場のシャワーとカランの切り替えで、固くてソープが付いて手ではほぼ無理です。”

“Più che un ostello un hotel vero e proprio con tutti i servizi annessi. La nostra camera era spaziosa (considerando il Giappone) e con servizi. Onsen molto bello, inoltre è una struttura tattoo friendly! Colazione ottima, abbiamo anche cenato, cena ok. Posizione strategica ad 1 minuto (tramite sottopasso con una 15ina di gradini) dalla stazione di Gora.”

“Cibo eccezionale e stanza molto carina con affaccio sulla montagna. La stanza nella quale si cena e si fa colazione necessita di cure a partire dal pavimento orribile. Ma il cibo e il servizio sono top.consigliato”

“Gorgeous room, but not a tattoo friendly onsen. Luckily the tub was big and deep. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around but its a good location away from the crowds and easy access to the ropeways. ”

“Our first stay in a Rakuten property and it won’t be our last. Loved the room, which was more an apartment really. Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10. ”

“Beautiful and calm”

“This small hotel is an incredibly peaceful oasis. The food offerings were absolutely impeccable! There are no gym facilities but the private onsen is a wonderful way to end your day after touring the surroundings of Hakone. The care and attention from the staff was top notch! Our tea ceremony shortly after arriving was a wonderful way to get introduced to the hotel and the types of tea and wagashi available to us during our stay. Dinner was a different 10 course meal of fine dining every...

“Clean room with in-room hot spring, very quiet & private, gorgeous view from the balcony and we have a very relaxed stay. ”

“Place is a little dated, but our stay is still comfortable, waking up to a nice, relaxing view of mountains on the horizon. Onsen needs a refresh, but adequate for now 2 hot pools. We had half board for our stay, breakfast were Japanese fare, pretty decent. Kaiseiki dinner on the second night was much better, than the first. Serviced by a elderly Japanese staff, on the second day, more attentive. So far the staffs in this Ryokan are mostly Nepalese, >80%? Level of service provided by the locals...

“The photos do not do it justice. This house is immaculate! I love the smell of new construction. Every room was nicely done, super clean, full amenities, everything you'd need to be comfortable. An easy 8-10 min walk from the train station even with rolling our carry on luggage. The 7-11 store is about a 3 min walk. There are about 2-3 bus stops very close to the house depending on which route you're heading to. This was a good base to stay for the Hakone loop. We walked to the Open Air Museum...
