“They came in our room while we were sleeping”

“Housekeeping got off to a slow start servicing the room, but management was quick to make corrections. I would stay there again.”

“Checking went without any issues, Staff was nice. The room was satisfactory, clean and ready. nice to have a mini fridge for leftovers from dinner, but unfortunately the microwave did not work. Thankfully the AC worked. We checked in late and only stayed for one night, so it was fine. We didn't even turn on the TV to see if it worked LOL, (too tired). I was looking forward to the swimming pool, but it was closed. By the looks of it it has seen better days. Breakfast was good, but ran out of...

“It was clean a little dated, but it was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I would go back again.”

“When we went to properthy, AC was not working ...the manager she was really good and staff tried to help us but there was no other room available and they were not able to fix issue. we were so tired and we need to change the hotel. I was not expecting this from Holiday Inn.”

“The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.”

“Albergo pulito, personale cortese, colazione ottima. Consiglio solo di farsi dare una stanza al terzo piano, le camere infatti non sono bene insonorizzate. Hall bellissima, specie il camino, acceso anche d'estate, vista l'aria condizionata.”

“I was visiting for a graduation. We booked two rooms two months in advance. We had to wait over an hour for rooms to be ready. This was very inconvenient since we’d been on the road for almost 4 hrs & just wanted to sit down. The lady at front desk was nice & welcoming though.”

“Musty smell throughout. The have fans blowing in the hallway with air freshener behind them. Breakfast is not good. Biscuits and water gravy. Waffles tasted sour. They have cereal of course Room is musty and mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom. Towels always felt damp. Ac works well but it blows musty air . Shower head comes out of wall at shoulder blade height. Does get hot however. Beds are ok. TV is very small and very limited analog channels. Very fuzzy picture. ...

“Good location for everything we had to accomplish that day. Very clean.”

“The hotel is nice enough. The room I had was nice, other than the ant colony by bathtub in the floor, and I did not have house keeping while I was there. Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday.”

“It is an older facility so there’s more and more to improve on… I’d say the elevator is quick up and down”
