Hotel a Hammond

“Front desk clerk was able to adjust my reservation, when I had entered incorrectly on-line. Kudo to him. Room was clean , bathroom could use some maintenance. Overall everything was good, But, Went to breakfast and most everything was gone. One piece of bread. some cookies. There was cereal and yogurt available.”

“The communication about a deposit of $200. I had to pay a deposit at check in. In which was not mentioned in the message the hotel sent me confirming my reservations. The room was not the greatest this time. We had to clean the bathroom from hair in the tub and urine around the toilet. The tile on the bathroom floor was cracked the grout was breaking apart.”
