“Partial ocean view, large, family-friendly room. A/C and heat were both working. Staff was very helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and beach. On-site parking, plus extra parking across the street when lot was full. We couldn't get the single-cup coffee maker to brew, but we didn't report it to the front desk during office hours, so they didn't have a chance to teach us/fix it.”

“Place was way out of date very small,AC unit worked but was very noisy. Charged a 14.99 cleaning resort fee which is outrageous. That fee made this hotel more expensive then a nicer one they don't tell u about this fee until you check in. BEWARE!”

“The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, not the basic cleanliness like the floors or beds but more so in much need of a deep clean (ceiling vent in bathroom, walls, light switches, etc). It was so bad in our room that I had to wipe down the light switch and something unknown splattered off the wall. The 10pm quiet hour/curfew doesn’t seem to be enforced since we had rowdy teens on our floor yelling and playing in the halls so sleep was scarce (not so much the fault of the hotel but...

“Stay would have been fine but we had a couple above us fighting, screaming and knocking on room doors literally all night our last night there. Called front desk several times and nothing was done. To be clear the couple was physically fight. The walls and floors are very thin so we could hear everything. Several times during the night they came down to our floor knocking on doors so scary and nothing was done. ”

“Incredible location”

“Location, location, location! It's in one of the best locations in Rehoboth. On the first block from the beach. Restaurants are a stones throw away. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Our room was a little tight, but well furnished and updated. The balcony chairs were great! I was glad the TV still had local stations on it. ”

“We wanted to rest and relax in the jacuzzi but found there was floating mud and someone's hair we told the front desk manager that there was hair floating in the water. He promised to sort it out and said that the hair would be removed. When we came to the jacuzzi after a couple of hours and climbed into it we saw the same dirt and the same hair floating in the water, which I think is unacceptable, in addition the jacuzzi has sticky tape parts that looks not attractive and unsafe to use. Also...

“There was no AC in the "old part" of the building stating the hotel was in nuetral for changeover. The room held at 77 degrees with a singluar box fan given. Maintenance began on the pool at 7am sharp on Saturday- loudly- feet outside on ground floor beach front room. Ocean view obstructed fully by tiki bar. ”
