“Our room needs some care. Dispenser in shower has rusty screws and will fall out of the wall if used, refrigerator was so loud it needed to be unplugged to sleep. No trash can, no cups in the room. No xtras at the front desk if something is forgotten, ie... toothbrush, toothpaste, etc... The beds were comfortable and appeared clean and bug free however. “It wasn’t fancy, it was okay. The you lady at the front desk when I was checking out was Amazing. I had lost my ring and when I called back, she went down and checked in our room and held it for me until I was able to get back to them later that day.”
