“Parking was fine and we did not use the hot tub.”

“The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. “The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash. It should have been incredibly easy for the housekeeper to see as it was right at the top of the bed next to where the pillows were. There was no soap by the sink.
