Hotel a Haughton-le-Skerne

“Disappointed that the new owners had not got food on if I’d known I wouldn’t have booked there ended waking half a mile to find food and taxi back not very good ”

“Staff were amazing on reception and a shout out to the male manager(?) next door at Beefeater! Excellent service! Room was sufficient for our needs the only thing that would be great would be a smart tv in the room!”

“I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment, but it looked fresh. Had a coffee but was luke warm, could not be warmed up as it was from a machine. Staff super helpful when I requested to move to a bigger room. Manager was very helpful too. The only thing that let the hotel down is that the walls and floors could be thicker, a family that were staying seemed to let their children run free, up and down the corridors! Was annoying. Could not hear the traffic noise at all. Aircon was nice....

“L'hotel si presenta bene, è ben tenuto, sembra tutto abbastanza nuovo ed è pulito. Tuttavia se dovessi tornare proverei un'altro hotel, in questo c'è lo stretto necessario ma non c'è aria condizionata, frigo bar e nella mia stanza le lampadine del bagno erano quasi tutte rotte, ne funzionava una sola. Evidente stato di mancanza di cura nell'accoglienza degli ospiti.”

“Hotel pulito, un po' rumoroso (aria condizionata + pavimenti scricchiolanti,). Posizione davvero in mezzo al nulla ma vicino all'autostrada. Consiglio solo se si é di passaggio. Colazione buona.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location in the center of town with parking available. The hotel was under renovations which it was in desperate need of. Our room was clean but the shower had a great deal of mildew in the grout. ”

“Early check in was great. Room is quite dated and needs some maintenance but the bed was very comfy. We would stay again if in the area.”

“We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical. Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful. We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful. ”
