“Staff was very friendly and welcoming”

“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”

“Very clean, well designed and furnished suite and courteous staff. Warm and comfortable. No food other than continental breakfast. So take your food as the nearest place is down the road a ways... I stayed in the snowstorm so that wasn't easy to do. I took mine. But the suite makes it easy to have your own food. Sink, fridge, microwave, tea/ coffee hot water available. Think this aspect should be made clearer to guests before they come. But loved it. ”

“The trip started out bad -when we arrived the entire system had shut down with no idea when it would be back up. The guys at the front desk were nice as could be-the situation was completely out of thier hands. As we were looking for another place, the system came back up, much to a LOT of other guests happiness! The room key was handed out in record time-I have NEVER had such a speedy check-in!
