Hotel a Henriette

“We had to go to the desk at 10:00pm to get hand towels and washcloths, then back to the deskat 10:30 for TP.”

“The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. What we didn’t like was that the hot tub wasn’t available and the pool was cold. In fact, that whole end of the building, including the lobby was very chilly. Breakfast was mostly gluten carbs, and no fresh fruit.”

“For the most part it was good. I didn't find my room super clean but it's a hotel I expected that. The only thing I found really annoying was our fridge was shut off unknowingly. But I brought it to the managers attention she she was extremely apologetic took care of the food that was in the fridge. To me that speaks volumes. I would totally stay again based on the great customer service”

“My only complaint is that the pop machine on our floor was not stocked with the soda we needed and the one on the main floor was broken and didn't work at all.”
