“Honestly, I would’ve given a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the noisy AC. My husband and I didn’t get much sleep. The next morning we went to speak with the manager whom was very unprofessional. The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”
