“I know that it is a busy and convenient location but the hotel is old and it is time for an update to change the smelly carpet and old, hard mattresses. We paid for and requested a double bed, but had to sleep in a king room with a pull out sofa. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and tried to place us in what were considered the best rooms available, but the room was outdated, the mattress was very old that you could feel all of the springs and the ac was on the Fritz. “I loved staying at the Hyatt House! Very clean and smelled good! LOVE the walk-in shower too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Diamonte at front desk went out of his way to help me with a small request. I will definitely stay there again!”

“This property needs to be addressed. The electricity went out during our stay only at the hotel. The food was bland and the mandatory breakfast coupons make the dining experience feel cheap. The staff - except the food staff - were loud and obnoxious. The last day of the stay my family and I were harassed and my mother was also harassed by male staff members. We applied a do not disturb to our room to protect our items while out, but cleaners still came in.”

“Pillows were for kids. There was no where for filling water bottles and you have to buy. No body wash”
