“The staff was very helpful and kind”

“My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol”

“The coffee maker in the room wasn’t cleaned. There was a used coffee pod in and the it was all stained inside.The mattress wasn’t very comfortable either - you could feel the springs.”

“I loved the convenience of the location. The front desk was helpful. However, the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival…I found hair on the floor and the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t plan on booking this hotel again but it was necessary for my trip.”

“Had a horrible night in our assigned room. Our AC unit sounded like a freight train while it was on, I was unable to ask customer service to switch rooms it my kids were already asleep, and I did not want to wake them after a long trip on road all day. I let the staff know the next day, all they did was ask why I didn’t ask to move rooms, I explained and that my family was asleep.”

“The room was ok the tables were sticky and elevators were small and the parking was a litttle sketchy! The seem to host parties there but they did have security at the door.”

“Stayed for 1 night to beak up our drive from MA to NC. The room was spacious, but the carpet in the room was lifting if certain areas and was very dirty. The furniture was also old and needed updating. The staff was not too helpful or friendly. Since we were traveling with a family of 5 it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast, but that was also not an option. For the price we paid, I would not stay at this property again.”

“Clean clean rooms. The staff was very attentive. There was plenty of parking. THERE WAS NO SMOKING. The restaurant was lovely. The outdoor pool was under maintenance. That was the only drawback. Otherwise...El perfecto!”
