“Breakfast was good and hot. The shuttle driver was kind and extremely helpful. ”

“Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. ”

“This one is top notch as far as staff and property. Its not good for security deposit method. ”

“The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

“Room was very nice and clean. Bed was firm yet comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! ”
