“The water line broke, so no showers, toilets, etc. No water was provided to guests. (Bottled water) Also, nothing was offered for compensation.”

“The property is very clean but the smell from the septic tank is coming back up through the toilet. So i had ti shut the bathroom door to breath nice air in the room”

“I loved staying at the Hyatt House! Very clean and smelled good! LOVE the walk-in shower too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Diamonte at front desk went out of his way to help me with a small request. I will definitely stay there again!”

“This property needs to be addressed. The electricity went out during our stay only at the hotel. The food was bland and the mandatory breakfast coupons make the dining experience feel cheap. The staff - except the food staff - were loud and obnoxious. The last day of the stay my family and I were harassed and my mother was also harassed by male staff members. We applied a do not disturb to our room to protect our items while out, but cleaners still came in.”

“Pillows were for kids. There was no where for filling water bottles and you have to buy. No body wash”
