“The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

“The room was clean, and well appointed, and there was ample parking. The staff was friendly although i had to wait prior to check in. It was late, so I'll give them grace. The breakfast was standard hotel fare - waffles, bagels, eggs, toast. The hot water for coffee and tea was from a water cooler that was on it's last leg. ”

“This hotel is in a good location, very close to the event we went to town for. The indoor pool is very nice and I love that it is open until 10pm. The staff was also wonderful. However, it could be cleaner. It looked like spaghetti sauce was stuck on the blinds. There was some sort of food stuck on the sheets as well. They told us that the housekeeping is by request only, so we requested they come up, and they never came. So I just asked for another blanket and it had holes in it. The "free"...
