Hotel a Highland

“Two minutes after arriving, we had a knock at the door. Not expecting anyone, my boyfriend responded “who is it?”. A voice of an older man said “the boogy man”??? We asked what he was going at our room, to which he said “I’m about ready to knock this door down”. After calling hotel security, they came up and said no one was in the halls anymore and to call if we hear it again. After finally falling asleep we woke up to loud noises at 4 am that didn’t end until 5:30. It was two people opening and...

“Staff were exceptionally helpful. Though some wear off room furniture it was clean and comfortable. Even shuttle driver was cheerful and expeditious in getting us from car rental to hotel and hotel to airport next day!”

“After taking the shower, the bathtub was not draining. Call the front desk first time and she did not offer any assistance and she said they were sold out. Waited a few minutes to see whether the bathtub was draining.”

“The hotel is in a great area. I would have gave a 5 star but the pool was pretty gross. My stay was great. The breakfast was good. I would recommend”

“The room was clean and the pool is nice. The breakfast was kind of cold, the water in the shower took a long time to get hot, the toilet kept running so we had to keep taking the lid of the back off the toilet to fix it every time we flushed ”
