“The sheets and pillowcases had numerous stray hairs all over them. I had to remove and wash before using the bed. The wash cloths and towels were very dingy and spotted. The curtain rod in the bedroom had fallen so anyone could see into the bedroom the first night. Then without any communication it was fixed by the time we got back. Someone had entered the property without notice.”

“This is a beautiful, well kept property. I always meet great people and enjoy the conversation over breakfast. I’ve been twice and highly recommend them. If you are traveling in summer I would not recommend the top floor. Ohio gets super hot. I went during a heat wave. The property was cool but the 3rd floor loft was a bit warm. I loved the amenities and felt deeply cared for on my visit. Thank you Tracy.”

“The apartment was clean, kitchen seemed minimally supplied but was ok for us as we didn’t plan to cook. It was right next to the hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you need close access to that facility. Hospital noise was not noticeable during our stay. The air conditioner unit in the main area did not work on a 90 degree day, which we didn’t realize until we got back from our event at 1030 pm. Thankfully the bedroom unit did. No hand soap in the bathroom. I did not receive check...

“Pros: Overall the space was really nice. Large areas plus full utilities and appliances. The free parking in the large opennlot is a huge plus in a downtown space. The building is sort of tucked away and feels very secure with the hospital near by. Getting into the building and room was easy. The self-checkin process was nice.Cons: Despite all the pros, the cons really drag the place down. The space has flaws everywhere you turn.
