“They never came to clean our rooms, no beds made, no clean toilets! Otherwise the beds were comfortable!”

“The plastic flowers outside were awful. The 2benches in the front were partially unbolted from the ground and hazardous. We found the pool music inescapable from when outdoors- too loud all over! We stayed in the room late each day and Housekeeping only managed to come for brief visits 2 days… we had to request things every evening from the front desk- including toilet paper, which they promised to leave a note about , but which had no effect. “Our room had two queen beds, neither was comfortable. One sank in the middle while the edges stayed firm. This is an older hotel with dings & scratches but, it was okay for two nights. We won’t stay there again though. Also, the police were there each night in the parking lot. Some shady characters.”

“Like the location, the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the amenities. Will definitely stay there again.”

“There were no covers on any of the ceiling lights in the room. The bathroom floor tile was cracked in several spots. The room was remodeled at some point and the carpet still had pieces missing where there was once a wall. There were big tears in the wall paper in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good.”

“The receptionist upon arrival was not very friendly and appears to be talking with someone via her earbud because she was laughing inappropriately. The next lady who relieved her at 3:00 was very nice and friendly.”

“So if you are a person who can’t walk far distances let them know straight away when you check in, this place is very large and you may have to walk kinda far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. We didn’t have any issues with noise. Oh and the breakfast was great, I was hoping for pancakes but they were all out of batter. Great place to stay tons of restaurants nearby and close to all major highways. Oh we will be back.”
