“Good food , clean room , friendly staff.”

“I understand not making up rooms except for every three days but towels, toilet paper, and coffee supplies should be replenished every day, they are not. Also the trash needs to be taken out everyday. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The pool was not open due to maintenance issues. You could swim next door at the Quality Inn but staff didn’t tell you that and the signs telling you the pool was closed didn’t tell you either until we had been there two days.”

“Spark was very clean and decorated nicely. Staff were kind and helpful. Location is conveniently right off Hwy 81 and the price was reasonable. Would stay at this property again.”

“This property offers clean rooms, a good breakfast spread and a professional staff. The only drawback was the interstate road noise which can be heard and make it difficult to sleep. ”

“This is an old motel. It has been repainted and is very clean. The rooms are large. It is a great value.”

“Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures.”

“Staff were very courteous and professional. Bed platforms were annoying due to extended length beyond the mattress and can cause painful bumping with your feet-toes.”

“Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Right off the highway which made it a perfect place to stop for the night. Mexican restaurant next door is amazing.”
