Hotel a Holston Valley

“The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but...

We were early arriving, so 1st went to the Player’s Club desk w/ our Veteran IDs, where we were automatically upgraded to “Legend” status. We had lunch at the HR cafe & couldn’t have had friendlier service & b/c it was “Military Monday”, our lunch was 25% off! Hubby liked the mahi sandwich (we split) more than I did, but the fries were spot on.”
