The only thing we thought could be better were the mattresses (2 queens) inour room on the 2nd level. We mentioned it when we checked out and they made a note of it and would be addressing it. The elevators were not working, which created a major challenge since I was traveling with my disabled son. Unfortunately, a room change was not accommodated despite the circumstances, and we had to rely on the stairs throughout our stay. “The staff was helpful and the linens are good quality. The tv reception wasn't great, and the remote did not work well at all. The sofa in our room was super low as was the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre but substantial.”
