“The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom areas before we could use them. We arrived late and was too exhausted after a twelve hour drive to get there to fuss about getting another room. Would never stay there again. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was inedible other than the toast and bagels.”

“The room was good but the service has been the worst experience of my life. Not to make a long story but Ashley at the front desk is so unprofessional, as is Bailey the manager. I was lied to, I wasted money, and when I escalated the situation, the hotel called me a liar even though I had proof to back up the truth. If you want a relaxing experience at a professional, honest hotel, this is NOT the one.”

“One of our beds was definitely not changed blood was on the bed in more than one place we have pictures to prove it, my sister called the front desk and told them that blood was on the bed, the person at the front desk said she would send someone, no one ever came so my sister went outside and saw a housekeeper and she asked that person to change it, the person at the front desk said she didn’t understand what my sister was saying she thought that she just wanted the bed cleaned. “Front desk clerk was very helpful at check in. Rooms were attempted an update which wasn’t bad. Our carpet smelled of mildew and was damp. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in a long while. Pool was green and closed. Location was convenient for the night stay we needed.”
