“This was a fun, unique overnight site. The caboose was roomier than expected and very comfortable. It's design and decor were on point in keeping with a train line theme. Although quite compact, the kitchenette was well stocked. Our host had left gift cards for a breakfast site, car wash and access to the country club. The most memorable part, you ask? “Good ice machine. It didn't have a coffee pot in the room or microwave. There wasn't a single plastic cup in the room so you could get a drink of water.”

“The entire staff was so nice. Ms T and Brooke were super friendly abd talkative. The front desk lady was very nice as well. The rooms were comfy, clean, and very dark when the blackout shades were drawn. The lobby has tea and lemon water, coffee and mints on hand. The place is small and homey. Breakfast was good Parking is easy. Location is great. I would 100% stay here again. I have nothing bad to say. All places should have a staff as nice as this one does.”

“For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.”

Property manager has no clue what her job actually is. 2.The property is falling apart, it is a trip hazard for anyone who stays there. 3.There is no service of any kind, no trash collection, you have to dump your own trash, no dirty linen replacement, you have to ask for fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels,etc. daily, the bathtubs are dangerous they are NOT! slip resistant I had to purchase a bathmat from the local store in order to safely take a shower. 4. “The room was nice and the breakfast, great. The only problem was that the pool was closed, and we had seen no announcement or indication that that was going to be the case. Since we travel with kids, the pool makes an enormous difference when we pick somewhere to stay. We paid a higher nightly price overall because we saw that this hotel had a pool. In other words, we paid for a service that we did not receive.”

“The first room had terrible mold, we couldn’t be in there for longer than 10 mins without feeling sick. In The second room they provided us we couldn’t sleep well because the ACs fan was loose or something. Mad loud noise all night”

“We normally stay at sonesta when we go to Kansas to see our son (on average we are there for 7 to 9 days equalling over $900.00 usd)that's in the army and normally no issues. This time we had a issue checking in the room, we were told that there was only one person cleaning the entire hotel so we had to wait. Then just to get a simple receipt the gentleman said he doesn't give any only Expedia does. Which that would be the case if we paid Expedia but we paid the hotel we only booked on...
