“Staff was very nice. It was very convenient having 24hr shuttle service. I did not have time to use the pool or gym. I cannot comment on breakfast since I had to be at the airport at 5am. Room was updated but it showing signs of wear and tear. Some mold showing up in shower, wallpaper starting to peel. I had a dirty wall, housekeeping must have missed. Over all a good place to stay. Cleaner than some places I've been in Thank you to the staff.”

“The room was not clean. Looked like dog food kibble on the floor when we arrived. It was still there when we left. The “accessible bathroom was not accessible. You still had to climb over a high tub to get in and sit on a bench. Beds were never made and I had to ask for clean towels. They did not bring wash clothes so I had to go downstairs to get some.”

“The apartment was just as pictured and truly lovely. Loved all the brick! Very well laid out floor plan. We would definitely stay here again! While the space itself was awesome, the most impressive thing was the communication with the Jungle House staff. Immediately responsive to questions and concerns. The day we checked in was record level hot at 98 degrees. The air conditioner understandably struggled and the staff had 2 air conditioner units to is within 30 minutes of checkin to provide...

“I had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made check-in and check-out effortless.
The location was perfect, and the space itself was peaceful, cozy, and exactly as described. Every little detail made it feel welcoming, and I truly felt at home during my stay.

“I absolutely loved my stay at The Jungle House! The space was whimsical, unique, and full of personality, with beautiful plants throughout that made it feel like a little urban oasis. “Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason.
