“Excellent, diverse and very friendly customer service. I really appreciate the free breakfast. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although the pool area is a bit rundown. I think they just need to improve the lighting and it'll look great. The area is centralized with a bunch of restaurants within walking distance so having a stroll in the afternoon was great ”

“The bed was so incredibly comfortable, and nice and low to the ground so it was easy to fall into and melt away after walking around town all day. We had an awesome view of Whyte Ave out our window and got to enjoy some late night music from street buskers. We got to feel like we were a part of the nightlife from the comfort of our room. If you're sensitive to street noise, you might want to request one of the rooms facing away from Whyte, but we loved it! The only thing we weren't sure on...
