“Was a great stay”

“They just were doing construction the entire time I was there”

“Standard Wyndham breakfast: eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fruit. Pleasant surroundings. Property was atrium-style hotel with large community area for breakfast with fountain. Liked that our room had an outside deck. Shared with two or three other rooms, but very spacious. Weather was spring/transitional, so thunderstorm and it was nice to stand on deck and watch the system move through.”

“Pool was unavailabe. Never found anyone at the desk, had to ring a doorbell and wait. Bsthtub was clean, but corroded. ”

“My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. “Air conditioning was not great no matter how low it was turned down. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet rim and didn’t stay on well. Had to listen to someone in another room having sec half the night.”

“The staff were never at the front desk for afternoon check in or evening to answer questions except for morning check out. Breakfast not included in price so did not eat there. ”

“The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash. It should have been incredibly easy for the housekeeper to see as it was right at the top of the bed next to where the pillows were. There was no soap by the sink. The pancake mix was gone, when we asked for more the guy took the container out and slowly drained one serving into the cup and didn't bring...
