“We arrived early and thankfully our room was ready. The receptionist was very helpful in finding us a place to eat for lunch and the on-site restaurant was hopping at night.”

Decorative pillows with stains. I literally stayed for 20 minutes and booked another place to stay. I messaged the Inn to let them know of my discontent, including asking for my refund. I was ignored. When I spoke to a lady, she said she had to speak with the owner. They stated that I had to contact...

“I travel often. First time writing a bad review. The rooms in the Holiday inn express in Montgomery New York were so dirty!! I actually feel bad for man at front desk. It's not his fault. It's the company that should replace the filthy rugs and moldy bathrooms. I will never stay in a holiday inn express again. The reviews I read had to be false. It's in a great location. Could be so nice if it was clean. ”

“Great facility, excellent pool, but not enough seats. Air conditioner in the room was blowing 88F. No reaction from staff. Had to call everyone to get a replacement room. No overnight desk service. Found a hair in the food, disgusting. Parking is ok. No EV charger. Resort needs better management. ”
