Lodge in Inghilterra

“Great place, very quiet and friendly staff”

“Its great for a simple bed to sleep in, bathroom was way too small, could barely move in there, needed some more pillows, everything else was ok”

“There was no staff , can’t able to contact to manger , it was difficult to enter the property, there was no guidance”

“Nice place to take the kids”

“Bel posto dove soggiornare, vicino alla struttura c’è un pub molto carino per poter cenare ”

“Collegamenti non buoni con l'aeroporto: le fermate autobus sono a non meno di 10 minuti di camminata. Uber chiede 21 sterline per 8 minuti di corsa. Scomodo. Dopo le 23 i cancelli vengono chiusi e gli ospiti non sono forniti di codice di apertura! Se siete senza batteroa del telefono siete fritti in zona periferica, senza gente in giro. Molto fastidioso!”

“The staff were very friendly and the food was great”

“Very cheap accommodation. Crumbling and smelly room.”

“It was in the centre of town and parking was very close to the lodge.”

“Posto super accogliente, nel rilassante contesto di un campo da golf. Il personale molto cortese ed accogliente. Unica pecca la colazione, costituita da una pastarina, un succo ed una banana, da consumare in stanza, senza un posto per appoggiarsi. (sarebbe bastato un tavolinetto fuori dove il posto c' è). Comunque era chiarito nel sito.”

“The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, this farm is a fabulous escape and more ! The lodge was clean and well equipped and had the added luxury of a hot tub. We didnt try the axe throwing or the archery but we will be back so who knows”

“De gemeenschappelijke keuken was vies. De kamers gehorig. De douche had alleen stand heet. Verder goed geholpen online.”

“There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. We eventually go a refund from Expedia for set room. Didn't enjoy the experience. Was made to feel I made the...

“Quite excellent rooms safe and enjoyable 😉 ”

“Absolutely lovely and will definitely be back. Kids loved it too. Great breakfast, lovely staff. Nothing not to love. Staff were even great even though we arrived later than the final check in time of 9pm so dont panic like I did!!”

“Overall the place was clean and tidy, but we did notice the cooker hood needed a good clean as it was greasy and sticky. Also the lights over the hot tub weren’t working properly. We also found the controls for the hot tub didn’t work properly. We enjoyed our stay and it had all the amenities people need.”

“We had a lovely last minute break at Chestnut luxury lodge with our dog. It was quiet and relaxing, spotless. Exceptional hospitality and communication from Billy and team, all the wonderful extras coffee pods & tea coffee box and cleaning essentials boxes were great. India loved her break and treats too and the warm welcome. The hot tub was amazing. The lodge was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the ice cream and waffles from the visiting catering van on the...

“Paul was a great host. The lodge was comfortable and perfect for us attending a wedding nearby. The room has a fridge and a microwave, as well as tea and coffee. The bed was really comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.”
