“One reservation was missing. 5 rooms rather than 6. One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything) Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone ...I guess it's enough....”

“This property is a great price for the location. Right across the street from the Orlando eye makes it easy to get around by walking. The only down side is it shares a pool with another hotel and YMCA. There is also no hot tubs. ”

“Have stayed here several times and absolutely loved our newly renovated room on the 3rd floor this visit! Every single encounter with staff surpassed our expectations!
