We could be upstairs and cook, eat and hang out or be chilling in the basement playing pool or watching a movie.Home and kitchen was well stocked and even included complimentary coffee! The two sets of washers and dryers for laundry in the basement is a great idea for larger groups!The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. “We absolutely loved our two day mini vacation to Iowa. Our daughter turned 14 on Monday August 4th and we spent the day at Adventureland having a blast and the fun continued when we were back at Jessica’s house we rented. This house is kept up very well and was so cozy to spend time in. It is very obvious how much care goes into this rental for their guests! “What a great spot to stay in Clear Lake! Everything was perfect for our group of five couples who were in town for a concert at The Surf. We had plenty of space and the house was clean and very nicely done. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Great spot for any group to stay. “We came to Clear Lake for a concert at the Surf. The house is very close! The host let me know about the farmer’s market in the parking lot of the Surf on Saturday mornings, so that was very convenient! The games were nice, there was a chair in the living room that we were all obsessed with, and there were a ton of extra blankets and pillows all around the house for lounging! It was a great little house and had more than enough space for our two couples. The host didn’t reach out after check-in...
