“I had requested a handicap room. They said it was available. I needed hand bars in the bathroom, I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom alone shut the door. I couldn’t even take a shower. It was disgusting. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have a handicap, as I was checking out the lady said the handicap room was available, which thoroughly pissed me off. Room and I had already accepted my reservation. I was highly disappointed. I would never stay there again. The man didn’t offer...

“Parking was a problem since the hotel shared a lot with an event center. Other than that, no issues. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. A good stay for the price.”
