“My son and I stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin. It was clean and nice. We were lucky to have the whole resort to ourselves, besides some road workers who came after their shift was done. We had the heated salt water pool to ourselves and it was incredible. So relaxing. Their shower and changing rooms were meticulously clean and I hope people renting cabins and using this resort help to keep it clean and tidy. There are a lot of gnats here so bring something to keep them at bay if your sitting...

“Stayed for a few days to combine a mini vacation while visiting family in the area. Very relaxing vibe looking out on the river/lake. We had some family over for a BBQ and it was a good setup for that. Kitchen had the basics. A few maintenance issues but hosts were communicative. I enjoyed the few days of R&R. I am familiar with the area but North Liberty has grown a lot and has a lot to offer nearby, or it's a short trip to Iowa City. ”

“Ensure you have AWD or 4WD and good tires. It’s a 10 miles drive on a very muddy/gravel, low maintained road with lots of holes. There were several times my van almost got stuck and I was sliding all over the road. The tree and water fountain were very cute but there were 2 dead mice around the bottom of the tree, inside the cabin. The road/driveway outside of the cabin was pure mud deep mud.
