“Visually the place makes a very good impact. Dinner, the food was excellent as were the staff. Breakfast … we’d booked it at check in. We turned up to breakfast and there was nothing booked , the service at breakfast was okay , we did have to case up something. But overall we had a very good stay and would return.”

“It was the most relaxing weekend you could ask for, it was so peaceful and the staff were amazing. Can’t recommend enough a weekend at Retreat East. Also the spa and food was amazing. ”

“Lovely clean huge room beds very comfortable modern room all usual facilities.staff very kind and helpful. Quiet hotel even though a lot of people staying there.able to have dinner there which was nice and reasonable for a hotel breakfast was buffet from full English to toast and cereals and danish pastries .first time for me to stay at a best western hotel , it won’t be the last,”
