Hotel a Irvington

“I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made.”

“I wished breakfast started earlier for early travelers or have 24-hour coffee (I use decaf only) available. If you do, sorry I missed it. I had to leave extra early this morning.”

“Easy access to restaurants and shopping. It’s pet friendly and a good area to walk.”

“L’hôtel é nuovo e pulito. La piscina piccola ma pulita e la palestra è fantastica (tutta attrezzatura nuovissima). Peccato il personale per nulla cordiale e la colazione è un po’ scarsa ma in generale ok. ”

“I found everything wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was there to help us, especially when we couldn’t fix the TV. She came immediately and fixed it so they were very helpful and we loved not having to go for breakfast. They have a nice breakfast there you can’t ask for anything more.”

“Everything was great with my room but the breakfast was the worst I ever experienced. Very limited selection and the powdered eggs were barely edible.”

“Stay was excellent. Room updated...very nice, clean. Staff above board front desk staff. Very friendly. Safe,secure location. Price was great!”

“The carpet and floor were sticky. The front desk moved me to another room, but it was still sticky. It had an old file smell on the carpets. I just left. I asked for my money back, but they didn’t give it to me. I left and found another place across town. I couldn't tolerate the smell and the old furniture there.”

“Usually I give this location 5 stars but i don't know if they were having a/c problems or what but as soon as i got off the elevator the hallway and room were muggy and damp this time.”

“Most rooms smell wet other then that it’s a pretty cool and reasonably priced hotel I’ve stayed here like 4/5 times the worst problem is that you probably will have to keep going to the front desk to reactivate the keycard staff is sweet but as for when you get DoorDash or uber make sure to pay extra attention most drivers will leave your bags in the front and won’t call”

“Motel economico e per quello che abbiamo pagato (45 dollari) andava abbastanza bene. Camere spaziose e abbastanza pulite, colazione sufficiente, la zona xo non sembrava tra le piu sicure.”
