“Parking was fine stores and attractions were nearby. Looked a room with a queen bed when I arrived was told that it was not available and that it was first come first served. Was not offered any sort of discount due to inconvenience of my wife and I having two separate beds in the room things were worn out and outdated the establishment needs more upkeep painting and clean up. And apparently more housekeepers because it was also shortage of rooms due to a housekeeper being out for a day. Room...

“so the hotel is kind of old and there were ants within our bedroom. However, the toilet bowl, the sink and the floor in the shower were very clean, which I was happy with. It does need some updating though. The towels did not smell very clean. they smelled like they were stored where there was food, cooking or something. The guy at the front desk was very helpful very kind and accommodating.”

“We booked in January and it for late May to accompany our daughter during Prom Weekend. We booked the VIP room with 2 Queen sized beds- shower and jacuzzi. It was overlooking the boardwalk and beach on the top floor- and spacious. That is what I expected. First they put us in the wrong room- one below with only one bed. When I went to the office to ask why they said they gave it to someone else. No explanation. After I showed them my receipt for the room I paid for with the details- they put us...

“The balcony smelled like urine before we even got to the room. The room itself was filthy, the carpet and furniture were stained,ripped and had burn holes. We didn't even bring our bags in. Still trying to getour money back from the hotel or Expedia.”
