“Good location”

“Brian was an excellent host. He provided great restaurant recommendations, He recommended the pre-purchase of tickets to Breakers which turned out to be a wonderful recommendation. Also recommended Rosecliff as a second house to to tour which we enjoyed. The breakfast prepared after our one night stay was vey good. Th location is close to shopping on Thames Street.”

“B&B sul porto in zona tranquilla praticamente in centro. Bella stanza (Isaac room) molto spaziosa, bel bagno. Pulizia ottima. Ottima colazione con i prodotti freschissimi della Bakery del proprietario, frutta fresca, yogurth, succhi, ecc (possibilità di uova, ecc). Non ho dato il massimo per l'accoglienza non molto calorosa della ragazza che ci ha accolto (forse timida?). La mattina successiva però il proprietario ci ha saputo consigliare sulle cose da fare/vedere. Possibilità di parcheggio”

“We were in Newport for the Jazz Festival. The accommodations were very good, location convenient for everything. Pictures accurately depict the property. The only thing that I would suggest be improved is the wifi. We ended up using our phone hotspot to connect when we were in the room. We would stay there again.”

“The owner was not what you would call friendly. At first they didn't find the booking, then through expedia they found it. They said they had a problem with too much cars to be parked and proposed a free upgrade in a different property 10 min walking distance and lot of parking. I suppose in a qieter place, but not as close to shops and bars. “We stayed for four nights in the beautiful bayside room. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with pro tips for what to do in the area that day, as well as the common rooms to hang out. The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants, the Jamestown harbor, and driving over to Newport. We are sad to leave and look forward to coming back.”
