“We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The cottage was clean, well equipped and quite lovely. The location was ideal for access to beaches, dining, and entertainment - all under a 30-minute drive away. We will certainly consider visiting again.”

“We arrived by ferry for a two day stay. The house is just up from the ferry in a good location with nice views of the bay. One thing I would have liked to know before booking is that there is a boil alert for the island meaning you can't drink the water and have to bring water with you. The house was very comfortable and it was nice to drink coffee in the morning in the sunroom. There were a lot of extra fees that drove up the price. Not sure I would rent a place like this in the future.”

She was very generous and had all supplies and towels fully stocked. We appreciated this very much! We visited at the beginning of August and the weather was perfect! This house is listed as having two bathrooms. The house does not have two bathrooms. It has one small bathroom and an outdoor shower that...

“Location is convenient but unattractive. Right next to a gas station and on a busy road. The cottage itself is great, but we had to keep all windows closed at all times. ”

“Everyone in our group (me, my sister, my husband, and my dog) thought this cottage was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, the deck was lovely, and the view was gorgeous. Nearby Colt park was awesome; we went there several times and enjoyed the walks and the view. We ate at Flo's and Salsa Burrito, as well as Provencal bakery, and all were great. Overall, just a wonderful vacation.”

Joan and Tony were warm and gracious and shared fascinating stories about the property’s history. The unit itself is fantastic! "La mia permanenza in questo hotel non è stata soddisfacente. Il personale della reception non era gentile ne’ disponibile. Le chiavi elettroniche non funzionavano bene e abbiamo dovute sostituirle più volte. La struttura non è bella e non è tenuta bene. Le stanze sono discrete, abbastanza grandi con spazio per valigie ed effetti personali, c’è una vista carina sul porto. La posizione è oggettivamente molto centrale e strategica per visitare Newport. Tuttavia la pulizia è molto approssimativa, il bagno direi sporco. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e la stanza non è stata mai rigovernata e pulita. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con pochi asciugamani…. Da ultimo, le stanze non sono insonorizzate e si sentono rumori incredibili a tutte le ore. Mi spiace ma non tornerei in questo albergo "
