“Stafff is friendly ”

“Nice hotel to spend a night, conveniently located near the airport. However, the room that was assigned to us was extremely hot (last floor), so we had to choose between having the noisy AC unit on all night or sweating and being hot all night. Also, the room was very noisy, as it was located near some type of engine that made a plus noise all night (no, not the AC) and it made it hard to sleep even with earplugs on. suggestion: get a luggage scale available to guests. ”

“I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights.
