“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

“Our third or fourth time at Marival Emotions and it still has its charm. Extremely family friendly. Food is tasty and staff is amazing. Charly the gentlemen in charge of entertainment is extremely welcoming. Also, it’s not too far from the air port. Only complaint is that the AC in the buffet area wasn’t working but they had many fans which helped. We will definitely be back. ”
