“Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Pool was good. AC was cold. Room was outdated for a Mariott property. Water pressure was terrible the whole stay. It took me 5xs longer to shower just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Baseboards were peeling off the walls and the tub was slow draining. The elevator was sketchy and made a super scary jerking movement. Overall, a decent place to stay but I think I’ll stay at another mariott next time.”

“The pool area is not well kept or clean. Breakfast included, but same food was offered everyday over 4 days of the stay, so we ended up grabbing breakfast out. Not convenient to downtown Charleston or the beaches if you are looking to go there.”

“We asked for wash clothes daily. We did not have wash clothes two days out of four. When we got wash clothes they would remove them the next day. When we went to the front desk they said they only had one washing machine! This is an 8 story hotel!! The water pressure was the worse I have used. The show dropped water. I have used Holiday for over 40 years - may not continue. The front desk did not care! We departed a full day early! LeBron Morgan”

“Horrible experience. Unfortunately the carpet in my room was stained and a moldy smell to the room. (Suite 210) To make matters worst no one came to clean the room or change out towels…zero service!!! poor poor service. I went to the desk to speak with management but was informed that no one was there to assist or provide any service. That seemed unrealistic. However, Melissa at the desk took my concerns down and assured me someone would call. I haven’t heard from anyone yet!!! The one good...

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”
