“BEST BREAKFAST IN ANY HOTEL I'VE STAYED!!”

“Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). “This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. “The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...
