“Trisha the evening receptionist was a fantastic host, we love her attitude. The early morning receptionist was not smiling, did not say good morning, and the breakfast lady was late and rushing and dropped all the tongs, etc. The breakfast curtain was drawn back at 6:05. Also there was no decaf coffee. (But Trisha had decaf coffee available when we arrived.) Trisha is the best and should be commended.”
