“Great location”

“It’s ok if you’re staying for a night, but the property lacks a pool, and any real amenities. The free breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars. The bedding and towels had hair and our bathroom had blood on the wall. The water never got hot so showers were lukewarm at best. Spend a few more dollars and stay at Holiday Inn Express.”

“Ugh. Needs updated. The bed sounded like it was going to collapse everytime I moved. The walks are paper thin and I could hear the folks next to me, as well as EVERYTHING that went on in the parking lot. Great location-it’s really unfortunate that the property doesn’t match the surroundings.”

“Ok for a 1 or 2 night stay. Nothing more. On the whole the room was relatively clean though it reeked of stale cigarette smoke even though the rooms are supposed to be non smoking. AC kept the room cool but was extremely noisy. TV remote sensor had fallen in behind the TV stand / dresser so you couldn't adjust anything on the TV. The front desk did help us figure that one out. Staff was very helpful.”

“The hotel is beautifully placed halfway between Asheville and Black Mountain. Staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast changed daily and it was good. Easy parking and you don’t have to pay for it. Hotel is clean and I would stay here again.”

“While the unit itself was excellent, including in unit laundry, the location was not desirable. It was well outside of downtown, near very poor areas. Located next to a nightclub that played at very high volumes. No free breakfast or even coffee. Parking garage was secure, but at $20 per night.”

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

“Beautiful property with so many added touches. Complimentary coffee at coffee bar , very generous butler pantry, koozie’s to take home . Everything was top notch ! We enjoyed the front porch as well!”

“Location was great, close to everything! In room mini fridge would have been nice and lighting in room was not good if you’re trying to apply makeup, rooms could use a vanity space”
