“Staff was friendly and helpful, property and rooms were clean and well maintained.”

“Parking is adequate. Breakfast was exceptionally good. The hotel had been renovated. However, it could use a few more upgrades. Elevator was painted dark and lack of good signage, making it difficult to see, as all the doors were the same dark color.”

“My room was perfect... On the first floor, just inside the exterior door and I had my bicycle, so it was very convenient. Staff was very nice and helpful with eating places... Good choice!”

“Nice and quiet. Looked like it’s a Family run business. Was hoping for a better breakfast selection. Maybe sausage or eggs. But not this time. They did have muffins and waffles as well as cereals.”

“This hotel has had a major upgrading from when I stayed here almost a year ago. A year ago the rooms were in maybe the poorest shape of any room I've stayed in 20 years. I'm very pleased to see that new management or ownership has invested to make it one of the nicer value hotels in Springfield . .great job! 👍”
