“I booked this room because the jacuzzi and pool for my grand daughter and was kind of upset because it’s was having maintenance issue . The room was semi clean . The counters and down the bathroom sink was not clean there was something running down it looked like crusted white stuff. The phone would not work it jus charged so had to go to hallways phone to call which no one picked up anyways. We stayed here a year ago with a much better experience so that’s why we booked here again. Asked...
