“We loved staying at The Hacienda. It is a beautiful property close to everything in New Port Richey. Our room was spotless! Not one speck of dust or random hair in the bathroom (y’all know what I’m talking about!). This was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Shout out to Madison our housekeeper for doing an excellent job and for finding my water bottle that I left behind (my kids gave it to me for Mother’s Day). “Pool and breakfast were great. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night at 5am due to low battery. Unfortunately when we called the front desk and went to the front desk no one was there for a few minutes and then instead of staff replacing battery my husband was given a random battery found hoping it would work.
