“It is perfect for its location. Close to restaurants and bars. Across the street from the best beach in Florida. It is north of Pier 60 and this area of the beach is quieter. The rooms are suites so there is a separate bedroom, a living-room, and a full kitchen with a full sized fridge. Not super modern on the second floor which was not destroyed in the hurricanes of Fall 2024. Lower level rooms were renovated. Not a luxury motel but very functional and reasonable. “I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized. I was traveling solo, so it was ok with me but, if you travel with others, you really need to be intimate as the bathroom is really tiny. Very helpful host and I was also allowed to leave the room one hour later than normal check out. The hotel has a pool but I opted for the beach which is beautiful and literally across the street. “Room was clean. Did not get email about added charge”

“Dirty room, blanket stains, and the additional door locks were broken. It was very late when we checked in so I wasn’t making my kid walk back to find new room. I just moved furniture in front of door to feel safe. And we didn’t use the blanket. I let front desk know at checkout and they apologized but didn’t offer any partial refund. No amenities at all. In lobby they have juice machine and things to serve cereal but it’s all stacked up and pushed to side of a hall like they never use. No...

“The room was clean but the furniture was old and needed update. They had mismatched towels and the shower curtain needed to be changed because it was faded. All in all it was an good stay. Close to a lot of places to eat and shop.”
