“Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm. “My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. “一人旅で利用させていただきました。旧市街からはちょっと距離が離れていますが、散歩がてら普段のハノイの街並みも見られたので、個人的には満足のいく滞在先でした。スタッフの方も、ほぼ英語が通じますし、皆さん大変親切です。設備に関しては、部屋に備え付けのドライヤーの接続不良がありましたが、何回かコンセントを抜き差しすれば問題なく電源が入りました。それ以外は、ベッドも清潔でしたし、アメニティも充実したので、全く問題はありませんでした。オススメできるホテルです。 ”
