Hotel a Kingsbury

“The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience.”

“There were some ants in the room. The bed was well passed needing to be replaced. There was some long strands of hair on the bedspread. The sink would not drain as the stopper was broken. Maintenance came by quickly and said the owner wants all stoppers removed. The fix was to remove the stopper. If a ring slips off your finger then you are out of luck. The flooring in the bathroom had cracks and missing chunks. There were mirrors everywhere - if you like that then I suppose its okay. The...

“From arrival, Valet , bellman and registration everything went smoothly. All staff asked if they could assist us and if we have any questions. The room had an unbelievable fantastic view of Lake Tahoe surrounded by mountains. Comfortable sitting area and bed. Two clean bathrooms, perfect his and hers. On site Restaurants offered a wide selection of food that we frequently enjoyed. Also many gaming options with pleasant staff.”

“We stayed in the unit with one king bed and a pull-out couch during the summer. The air conditioning only cools the living room, so the bedroom gets extremely hot and stuffy since the cool air doesn't reach it. The Wi-Fi also drops as soon as you leave the living room. Additionally, note that this apartment seems to predominantly host guests traveling with dogs.”
