“We stayed in the Kings Land condo units. A FULL 2/2 that was fully stocked with everything our young family of 5 needed. The property itself is beautiful, it was our second time back. We love all the things to do, the pools, lagoon, shops, wildlife, and the staff is simply amazing. What a place! So beautiful.”

“I would not stay there again. There is no central air conditioning. That was not mentioned on property description. The office is only open for a minimal amount of Hrs. They want you to throw out your own trash. The bed mattress were hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay there again. Ever”

“Before booking this trip, I was debating on this hotel in Kona vs Koloa Landing Resort on Kauai island. We stayed at Koloa Landing a year ago and loved it. But I chose the Marriott based on my previous experiences staying at the Wailea Marriott on Maui island. In comparison, this Kona Marriott felt less fancy compared to the other two. My kids did enjoy the waterslide. But overall the pool area is okay because the house flies were relentless. No matter where you sat, they were landing all over...
