This December we went to Waikoloa with our 14 and 16 year olds and it was a dream! The property is amazing, with a protected lagoon. They literally could swim with turtles, rays, and all kinds of fish. They also have a dolphin population right at the lagoon and you can watch them swim and play with their trainers all day long. “The room was very nice and spacious with a decent view of the ocean. I was very pleased on checkout day; we had a 10 PM flight, and the hotel not only let us use the facilities all day (pool, hot tub, etc.), but they gave us access to a hospitality room where we were able to take a shower at the time of our choosing. ”

“The benefits were great. The facility has some of the best ocean facing rooms. We had an issue with the original room but after we reported noise, the staff (Sally) went above and beyond to resolve our issue. We were assigned to one of the best rooms at the resort. The V47 lounge benefits really met all our food needs. We had breakfast and evening snacks. Along with the $50 credit a day covered most food needs. Overall the best stay at Hawai’i!”
