“I reserved a veranda room but was assigned a room that faced a wall and an area of dirt, with neither a view nor a usable balcony. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was at capacity. This was surprising, as we arrived around 1:30 PM, well before the official check-in time. So it was unclear how the property could already be fully booked.
