“Nice, clean large rooms. Comfortable bed. Food expensive but good. Only bad thing was the non-disclosed resort fee. I asked if there was one when I checked and was told there was not one. I got screwed !!!”

The information provided in my room stated that cleaning, as well as fresh linens and towels, would be provided every three days. However, during our stay, the linens were never changed and the beds were never made. “Definitely not a three star hotel. Hotel is older and has had repairs. Still needs some updates/repairs. We had no issues with staff, they were all polite, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean. Overall, decent stay. If I had to stay there again in a pinch I would, but still prefer 3-5 star hotels.”

“Overall, this was an excellent hotel and we would stay again. My major complaint is that the breakfast food, which we had to pay for, was largely missing. The hotel did not staff the breakfast area competently. I should have asked for a refund.”
