“Love this Villa! The lay out was perfect for 2 adult couples. Plenty of privacy and good communal space. I always love having a washer and dryer to use. The convenience to everything was the best I’ve had in Palmetto Dunes. Easy walk to beach. Free Pickleball was definately a plus for us. And being right there next to the Dune House was a bonus! We loved our get away there and will be back soon!”

“This trip was our first to Hilton Head. The location was excellent! The unit is small and cozy. It was perfect for our family of five. It was extremely clean! There was a washer and dryer that took quarters across the hall. We used once during our stay. It was a lovely place and we plan to return! 10/10 recommend!!”

“Nice property and very clean!! Beds are comfortable. Beach is close. All you could want to take to the beach is provided. Bike Doctor came in clutch! Biking on the beach was amazing! Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. Front courtyard with table was good for gathering. The property was quiet and relaxing! The pool was closed for repairs, but the owner made it right. Overall this is a 10/10!! Will recommend and stay again! Our family enjoyed ourselves! ”

We appreciated how fully equipped the kitchen is, the second floor laundry, and access to beach equipment among many other amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The location is close enough to walk or drive to the beach. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!”
