Hotel a Ladys Island

“We picked this for our 2 night memorial weekend stay. It was so close to Hilton heads beaches it worked perfect for us!! Ample parking, a pool, luggage carts, nice room. Only thing in the queen bed rooms that sucks is the bathroom sliding door is terrible. Either it gets stuck and you have to try to get out or it doesn’t stay fully closed. “First the positives. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was fine. I think the problem that I had with Spark is that it's listed as a Hilton facility. This raises expectations. Honestly, it's more like what you would expect from a nice Super-8 than a Hilton. The carpet and furnishings are very bare-bones. The pool is tiny. “We had a great experience here. If you have never stayed before, your second night is free and that was in addition to the low price to begin with. It is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, snacks were appreciated and coffee was good. Walmart is across the street and beaches were close. We would definitely recommend!”

“We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...

“I was very pleased with the room and the size of it. Plenty of room to move around. The guest closet was the best, we needed more conditioner. This closet is stocked with anything you need that you may have forgotten. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Beaufort.”

“The room was good for a night. However the ac unit in the room was very loud and was making strange noises. Had to get up a lot to adjust to try and stop the noise. And the light from the thermostat stayed on. We had to cover it up to try and get some sleep. Not really a complainer. But hoping it gets fixed for future customers.”
