“We stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned the room or made the bed. On the third day they offered clean towels and took out the trash. The lobby staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was from 7-10am but they closed at 9:30 on Memorial Day.”

“Spacious rooms that are clean. Breakfast was wonderful and included everything a person could possibly want! Check in was quick and the staff was engaging and friendly!”

“Within the first 10 minutes of being in the first room a cockroach crawled on the bed. There were rust marks all over and water damage on the ceiling. Crumbs were all over the floor and things previous guests had left remained on the floor. The room was clearly not cleaned. Thankfully they allowed us to switch rooms; however, this room had just as much water damage and the light was barely hanging onto the wall. Listing pictures need to be updated.”

“Everything in this hotel is trash. Rooms, lobby, elevator everything smells like dog pee.”

“Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)”
