Hotel a Lake Park

“When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”

“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“Breakfast was awesome, staff great, hot tub was hot. My only problem was the housekeeping staff woke me up at 7 or 8am on checkout day, They came in twice, then called twice and then came in one more time. That part was weird and aggravating, but the rest of the visit was amazing. Hopefully they figure out the housekeeping issue. I recommend this hotel. ”

“The bed was awful. There was a gigantic hole/dip in the queen bed that made it simply unmanageable to sleep in. The rooms were full, so we couldn't move. The strip lighting above the headboards would not stop flickering like a strobe light and the light switch would not turn it off. We had to roll up towels and place them along the headboard in order to sleep. The manager remedied these problems with offering rewards but I couldn't get my money back, which is all I really wanted. He said this is...

“There room need updates. Furniture old. Bathroom needed cleaning. Staff barely could speak English. Shuttle driver could not speak English at all so it was very hard communicating with him. We had to call for help in communicating”

“Did not have a microwave in room. Had a sliding door that very difficult to slide. Told them about it and they were supposed to send someone. Never happened I was there two more days. Towels had hair in them that were not mine.”
