Hotel a Lakeland

“Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again.”

“Had to literally call someone on the phone to come to front desk to check in, window missing in or open in food area because air was off in lobby area. Most importantly killed cockroaches in our room - very disgusting! Broken glass in parking lot - definitely went down hill from the previous year and there was no breakfast. Ice machine not working… list just kept adding up - felt like we should have got our money back or should have been told about the property. Plus the property going thru...

“Ice machine did not work has to go down two doors. The pool needed to be cleaned and the filter room was dirty. The pool was cloudy and could not see the bottom. Did not use it. It's on whirl pull did not work and sand in the bottom. Did not use it. Service and food was excellent.”

“We did some bike riding and wanted a nice place to stay. The Confluence Hotel was clean and a great location. Loved the spacious shower! We had Havarti cheese curds and beer following our bike ride. Delicious! After our wonderful dinner at Lock and Dam Eatery, we came back to Missi’s to enjoy a bottle of Hell No Merlot! Friendly and accommodating staff. We would stay there again.”
