“They never came to clean our rooms, no beds made, no clean toilets! Otherwise the beds were comfortable!”

“The property grounds were overgrown, it took several rooms for us to get one where everything worked. In our room we stayed in, the toilet didn't flush. The staff told us they would fix it and never did. Front staff wasn't available most of the time. I can't believe a national hotel chain would put there name on it when the property was so run down. We wouldn't never stay here again and would recommend others do the same. I'm requesting a refund.”

“Old bldg material laying around on grounds. Grass was 8"tall (actual measurement). Sign on street was nothing but a frame. Room was clean but drain didn't drain well at all in tub. Slipshod repair done to closet wall.”

“I stayed here some years ago and this property was great. It’s really gone downhill since the last time I was there. The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains. When we walked in one of the drapes was completely down and the window was open, (as in unlocked). Make sure you check that, especially if you’re on the ground floor. “Location was key; easy access off of the Interstate. Delicious breakfast options. We had a very comfortable bed to sleep in.”

“Check in was smooth and easy. Continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday was satisfying... bagels, muffins, toast, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Nice variety. The rooms were clean, but the comforter had holes in it and questionable yellow stains. Little bit of an odd smell in the hallways. It is a dog friendly hotel though. Pillows were comfy. Housekeeping was very pleasant. Parking was good. Air conditioning worked Really well.”
